Ultimate team not loading up

I haven't played EA FC 24 for a couple of weeks now and when I try to play it I get stuck when I click on Ultimate Team it says checking for updates and it just loads how do I fix it its not abt my i...

Hey @eirs_btw 

Maybe delete corrupt files in EA SPORTS FC™ 24 by following this link, if only possible.

Additionally, try to use the UT web app or companion app to create a brand new squad with different players and set it as your main squad before testing the game again.

I tried everything, even reinstalling the  game i cant access the ultimate team in any way i can download the roster updates and nothing more it just keeps on loading
