Brother I was having the same issue...I solved it buy turing onedrive on and when I clicked ultimate team this team it downloaded something and it worked
please can you tell me how to turn on the one drive because I'm having the same exact problem as you, I decided to software format my pc which is reinstalling windows basically then I downloaded fc24 and tried to join ultimate team then it happened its stuck on an endless loading, so if you help me I'd appreciate it thanks.
- @Benteke_shoots + I found out that every time i join ultimate team there is a settings file gets deleted from the FC24 folder on onedrive
