Unable to connect FC24

I'm trying to play FC24 but when I try to connect to servers it keep saying "Unable to connect" message. Ane when I tryed to logging in to EA using my PS account it showd me this mesage

"Your accounts can’t be linked because your PlayStation® Network account Candepril already linked to your EA Account for 14*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation® Network account in its lifetime."

How can I solve this issue please?
