Update squads in FC24 with a child account

I have read through similar topics and I understand it's not possible for kids <13 years old to participate in Ultimate Team.

My son does not bother about this, but when playing offline he's keen on playing with the most recent squads. Updating squads does not even work for him. This is the main reason to purchase FC24 in the first place.

Is there any alternative method to get the latest team squads loaded, just as it used to work in FIFA 23?
