UT Club Name Syncs but Squad Progress Missing After PSN Link

Hello. I recently had an EA chat advisor manually link my new PSN ID (DarthMET201120) to my main EA Account (DarthMET21). On the game's main menu, the system successfully pulls my original club name 'RossoBiancoBlu1' and 'Est. Dec 2022'. However, the second I click 'Enter Ultimate Team', the server completely fails to sync my actual squad file and forces me into the brand-new starter pack tutorial.

The live chat advisors told me they couldn't help and closed the chat, but the data is clearly half-syncing right on my screen. Can a Community Manager or Senior Admin please escalate this to the database team for a manual persona migration review? I just want my actual squad progress synced to the PSN profile that is actively linked to my email.

Update: I just spoke with an advisor on live chat who confirmed this looks like a backend server sync issue. They filed an official bug report on my behalf to the game team under Case ID: 248520291. Hoping a manager here can still look into the database migration!

    Bumping this thread for visibility. The game team has filed internal bug report Case ID: 248520291, but the account loop is still happening on my console. Can a Community Manager please look into the database migration status?
