I haven't been able to find any official word on this, but unfortunately in the FAQ section of this page (at the bottom), the answer to the 5th question says it's not going to be compatible:

Likewise the first answer in this FAQ section says neither the Web App or Companion App will be supported:

Therefore I'm not going to get my hopes up, although there's a chance that this is old information from the FIFA 23 versions of these pages that hasn't been updated yet.

I believe so since we have the web app but I think it'll be a waiting game until tomorrow to know for sure.

When I try to access Web App, using my Nintendo-linked EA login, I get the message that my EA Account doesn't have a Football Ultimate Team 24 club....which I don;t have because the game isn't out yet
How are you able to access? Is it perhaps because I didn't have FIFA 23 on Switch?
I can log in normally. Maybe You should try waiting for the game to release on the 29th this month.
And confirm We can use web app(Companion) on NSW version.
