Weekly rewards

Why have i been demoted from division 5 when i was 2 stops from Division 4 & i earned my weekly rewards?? It seems like every time I play this game EA have used underhanded methods to benefit cheats...

if you want win that badly, it simple just give ea money.. everything will solve with that..
