White screen logging in

Hi, when trying to log in to the ea servers i get this white screen… i tried completely deleting the game and reinstaling but it didn’t work. My friend who i live with doesn’t have this problem wh...

Have you previously been able to play the game without issue?

Yes, i tried login in to fifa 23 might work, but it send me to play ea fc 24. I also tried switching the language, reinstaling the game, restarting the playstation, etc.
I never had the issue before the playstation plus pack was available.

  Can you try creating a new profile on the console @ItzJeBoySitse and then try that one?

    When using the profile from my friend on the same console it works perfectly fine
