White screen logging in

Hi, when trying to log in to the ea servers i get this white screen… i tried completely deleting the game and reinstaling but it didn’t work. My friend who i live with doesn’t have this problem wh...

When using the profile from my friend on the same console it works perfectly fine

      You can link it to another EA account that you may need to create @ItzJeBoySitse to test.
