Why can't I get latest squad updates so I can play kick-off with new transfers?

I downloaded the latest update in ea app and I updated the squads so I can play with the new transfers on my favorute team. But I can't get the latest update. I reset the squads re-download it, even re-downloaded the game. Please help me I am losing my mind.
