PSG got 2 win in the champions league and qualified so why didn't Dembélé become 91 rated instead of 90.
Dembélé won only one of the five games played after the card was released. PSG won 2 games in the group stage and one of their wins was before the RTTK Campaign release.

A bit of feedback here, you should release the cards before any games have been played so you can't use it as an excuse for getting one over your customers.
