Why do I dominate games but never win ?

Is there any explanation why 75% of my games look like this one ?

I am litteraly destroying my opponent but he scores goals from outside the box or on corners because the game only select the short guys in my team.

Also, every attack my opponent makes looks like a counter attack (no defender even though my instructions clearly says stay back while attacking) while when I push forward, they're CBs run faster than my wingers...
