Why do I get the loss when they leave?

I’ve just been into my first champs game. I was 6-1 up in before half time! The guy leaves and my game won’t give me the win or take me back to the menu. I waited 5 minutes and was just showing the fans and outside the stadium. So I dashboard because it wouldn’t let me leave. I come back and I didn’t get the win. Please fix the issue not motivated to play at all after this.
