Why does this game suck so bad?
Controls are sluggish, when I play online there are times where it lags and I can't control my players at all (has led to own goals etc.). Easily the worst FIFA game I've played - Is there anyway I can get a refund?

ow, and there is no customer service at EA. Only a portal where you can create tickets without getting a solution
You have to contact whoever you bought it from for a refund. So Sony or Microsoft if you got it on console or ea if you got it off origin.
Played from 8am kick off mode was not too bad got to 11am gameplay just completely charged mental they are doing on purpose
