Why I will no longer buy EA FC
I have been playing EA FIFA/FC regularly with friends or alone for 8 years. I won't be buying EA FC anymore, the FC 24 version was the last straw:
- With every new year, new game mechanics are introduced and the old ones no longer apply. For example, the agile dribbling with R1 in FIFA 23 no longer works in FC 24. The goalkeeper runs out in a completely different way. And the passing game is simply a disaster.
- It's clear that the game is being developed further, but why on earth does the way you play always have to be changed? I have a job, friends and don't have the time or inclination to start all over again every year. It's not like that with any other game, you want to improve and not always start from 0
- How you can introduce such a catastrophic pass mechanism as in EA FC 24 is a mystery to me
- EA has become a really unappealing company. They release crap every year and don't care about the community
- I'm not fan of the FIFA organization at all, but when the new game finally comes out, I'll buy it. I won't go back to EA FC, unless one day you see that EA takes the community seriously and produces a FC game, where functions dont disappear every year or get worse
Conclusion: I play games to have fun, with EA FC it's just annoyance
