Why is my name banned in EAFC24?

My Clubs Pro name is Baubau, but it seems that it has been filtered out as a bad word? I don't know what they think the word Bau means, but it makes no sense. Please fix.

    Thanks for that. 👍 We've taken a look into it and from the filter standpoint, it should be useable... I'm not sure what is causing that error to pop up for you to be honest.

    It might be a security feature flaring up. 🤔 Usually, leaving it alone for 24hrs gives it a break and let's it settle.

    Would you mind giving it a full 24hrs before trying to update the club name again, and see if that helps the name go through?

@EA_Lanna Hello Lanna, my Clubs player name "Sir Britbag" has also ceased to work. I do not receive any notification that it is a filtered name, however during gameplay it changes itself to a default English name.

    Hmmm, no error message crops up when you try to change the club name? What is happening you see when you try to submit the message instead?

      Hello, my name “Mohamoud” is banned when I try to use it on pro clubs. I’ve used it for the past few years fine but this time it’s seen as offensive. Please can you fix this.

      @EA_Lanna hi there. can i please request my last name, Wixey, to be checked as profanity? i can’t use it in eafc 24 pro clubs
