Why is my name banned in EAFC24?

My Clubs Pro name is Baubau, but it seems that it has been filtered out as a bad word?
I don't know what they think the word Bau means, but it makes no sense.

Please fix.

Hi @iBaubau,

Thanks for that. 👍 We've taken a look into it and from the filter standpoint, it should be useable... I'm not sure what is causing that error to pop up for you to be honest.

It might be a security feature flaring up. 🤔 Usually, leaving it alone for 24hrs gives it a break and let's it settle.

Would you mind giving it a full 24hrs before trying to update the club name again, and see if that helps the name go through?

Hi Lanna,

I've faced the same problem, I can not assign club name as “efinway” which is also my username both EA sports and PlayStation. Could you please check for me? Thanks in advance 😉

Hello, my name “Mohamoud” is banned when I try to use it on pro clubs. I’ve used it for the past few years fine but this time it’s seen as offensive. Please can you fix this.

My last name is Cobb and apparently that is against the rules i cannot use it. Please fix this.
