Why is the online seasons unnecessarily difficult?

Why is the online seasons unnecessarily difficult? I am using 5 star teams with but all my players are very slow and react very slowly to the ball. I am just in division 8 and the game play feels lik...

@mrmakaveli702 Just played against Napoli, it was like their players were on speed or something, I couldn't even see the ball it was going all over the place and they were whizzing about banging goals in for fun. I just figured out why, the opponent was in division 4 and I'm in division 7... yeah that's fair matchmaking right enough!
