My EA account was banned today.

I know this might not be the correct place to ask this question but I have exhausted every possible option I have. I bought FC24 on my PS4 and then I created an EA account with my ProtonMail account. I played FC24 for a couple of days and I got banned. Not from the game, but my whole account got banned. That's why I think the ban is unrelated with EA FC but rather with my mail. I think EA flags protonmail as malicious somehow and automatically bans these adresses. How can I speak with an actual person to resolve this issue? I just got this game and I got banned for some reason and that reason is not explained to me. I emailed the support but all I get is an automated response that says your account will stay banned. EXPLAIN WHAT I DID to deserve this ban. If I honestly deserved it then its okay but at least explain to me why I was banned.

  • Did you even read what I wrote or you just saw the word ban in the title and copy pasted we cannot assist with bans? I tried all links and none of them allow me to talk with a real person regarding this issue. My money went to waste and all I get as an explanation is you have been banned and we won't do anything about it. I don't even know why I was banned. What did I do to get banned? I want to talk with support. Not an automated bot. I don't want to get unbanned, I just want to know why I was banned.

    Hi @berkem1234,

    We wouldn't be able to provide you with any further information regarding your ban here on AHQ. You can try to contact EA Help Support via chat to speak to someone about it. 

    If you're not getting the chat option when trying to contact support, can you please try: 

    1. Go to: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/
    2. Select the game you need assistance with or EA App
    3. Select "I want to update my EA Account information" 
    4. Scroll down the page to find the "Chat with us" option

    If the chat doesn't show up, please try doing that while logged out. Once selecting the chat option it will ask you to log in, but you can select the option to continue without logging in.
