my email didnt have a time frame at all, i got an email about being unbanned but i still cant play. The guy i spoke to said the team is working on my issue though so im not sure how long this will take. I asked roughly how long the whole process takes and he said "10 days from when you raise the dispute here"

Its max 10 days. normaly its around 72 hours i think.

Can you also not access ultimate team?
So is the team aware that some people got unbanned but still can’t access ultimate team? Is this something they are working on? I got unbanned but I can only play seasons and clubs for now. Can’t even access the web or companion app. Do you know if any maintenance is scheduled soon?

What does it say on ur ban history? Do you have the fifa ban active there?
I got these two things. I think it is something to do with the servers and surely a maintenance after all pc players are unbanned will fix this, just a shame we have to have these issues at all

My ban says fifa, said that since day one of the ban wave.
It means its a perm ban on every FIFA/EAFC game. Kinda aggressiv i think, when some ppl got 7 days, but i also got the email about my account being unbanned but not being it. So just gotta wait and see for now.
The email arrived, but the banning history shows that it is still in progress.
