I already got updates and they say that they did the correct action and didn’t appealed the ban.
@QusayDeebI thought you said you had 10 cases open might have been someone else though. If they replied and said the ban stays then you can appeal it again unless they did it a few times and said it’s final.

I have six cases two of them have been declined and four active.

You mean after they declined to lift the ban they will not update me on the other cases? They will skip them?

It's day 6 and they didn't address the issue, They should do that asap.

I logged out from my account and opened one without logging in and then filling my first and last name and the email address

Then I don’t, I’ve risked and opened my last ticket to appeal the ban, if it’s not happening the account will be gone that’s what the advisor said.
