Welcome to EA Greedhousen. If you ain't buying fut points, you ain't worth to be respected. They for real do not care at all about career mode or else a way bigger team would put a lot of effort into it making It a really realistic yer arcade fun styled management mode with Football Gameplay and waaaay more animations. They do the absolute bare minimum and who wonders, re-releasing the same game each year with just the slightest changes do not represent great quality or effort put into anything, especially not parts of a game that are not monetizable. We are a one time paying customer not worth their time. No matter if 60 or 100 bucks paid as it seems. 

Stop whining. Like you said, don’t buy. All software has unintended bugs. Report to get it fixed and game on.

They are well known for ignoring career modes, manager or player. There were serious issues in the last few years my player careers where if you had a 4 star weak foot and got 5 and you got another star your weak foot would not stay 5 but would go to 0.

They either didn't fix it until the following game was out or never fixed it at all. I don't remember as I had to use fifer mods on PC to fix their mistake.

Hopefully, they fix this issue as it breaks Manager career mode.

EDIT: hopefully i don't get banned or suspended again for speaking out against EA again like i did when i would not let go of the issue...

Also if I choose to complain about something I've bought with my hard earned money which I have no right to return apparently that is faulty I will.  Discourse is allowed on this site hence reply buttons, you know, the one you used to tell me what you think I should or shouldn't be doing in this case.  I haven't been rude enough to tell you what I think you should or shouldn't be doing although I do have some suggestions but, I will keep it polite. I'm not naive enough to think that anything I say on here will make any difference but, until they take that right away it's my right to do so.  What you call whining I call stating my case even if it is to no avail.

Yes, all software has bugs but usually, they just get fixed, which is rarely the case with EA

I ran into this bug on PC doing the 10 hour trial, if not for this bug I would have played through the 10 hours and bought the game. But this bug has obviously existed since the game came out and nothing has been done. It's game breaking. I am literally not buying the game because of this issue, and my dumb *** was even considering participating in EA's money sink gambling card thing. Your loss EA. 

Ok so you can request a refund from Microsoft for XBOX which I have done.  I know most won't and I understand why as it's the only football game really worth bothering with but, it isn't the only game around.  Even if they fixed it today I don't care, it's not worth the frustration.  Never again!
