This is the solution I got for the case I opened with EA (and this is after a week and after telling EA support 2-3 times what the problem is). Clearly EA support also has no clue or doesn't want to solve the problem.

The problem is not that the game is not launching.
The game launches fine but it is crashing when I am trying to play Manager Mode. The reason is not my system or graphics card, the problem is with the recent update (and poor code) written by developers for EA FC 24.
There are 2 issues I am facing
1. I was playing career mode and my created players are disappearing
Lot of people are facing this problem and have been expressing frustration around the same
2. While playing career mode, in youth academy and transfer market, there are players coming with age as 2024 and invalid stats causing the game to crash.
I have attached a screenshot for the same.
I have encountered this problem after a recent title update of EA FC 24.
As mentioned, this is an error caused by the game developers (and lack of proper testing), so developers need to be assigned to the case and need to find a fix.
The game is unplayable - even if I restart, the problem can re-occur.
