Unfortunately I can only recommend that you wait the 72 hours first for the coins to show up on your account. There's a huge number of transactions being processed at any one time, so sometimes something gets a little lost, but these issues do generally solve themselves in about 72 hours at the latest. Hopefully you'll get your coins before then.
