Check that your PC and display match in terms of settings for RGB, Gamut, black level etc.
Reseat both ends of your HDMI cable and reboot too.

The problem was on the ACCESSIBILITY SETTINGS! The colour blindness was not on default. I donw know why this activated alone after the update.
