The update itself shouldn't be blocking your ISP. That's not something we do. Have you tried contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues?

FC 24 anti-cheat error
The game keeps crashing on startup, showing a message that the anti-cheat is not updated. Even after updating, it still happens and the game won't open at all.
