If you have changed or upgraded the hard drive, it may be worthwhile trying to use the original one to confirm an issue with the new drive.

@EA_Barry Thank you, but I did not upgrade the HDD...I tried all the solutions provided by EA Games and PS and it seems that the only solution left is to Initialize.
