I've done all this, doesn't work.

same as me, they need to push an update out asap it's the same [Edited] every year.

I have the same Error, reinstalled the Drivers and the Game, nothing works 

Idk where to share the information so I do it directly here.

• Summary of Issue: I start the game and the following error appears:

• When do you receive this error message: When starting ea fc 24 in the Ea App
• Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone): 09/22/2023, 07:02, (GMT-3)
• Steps you already tried: All of the ones that you put as a supposed solution, and also basic solutions like reinstalling the game or verifying files.

My fix - Unplugged my main 240hz Samsung monitor. Game seems to play fine on my other monitor. 

0 DirectX crashes so far since doing that

Still getting this error after 16 hours of trying.....

• Summary of Issue: Crashing everytime i get to the main menu (crashes after around 30 seconds)
• When do you receive this error message: on the main menu, yet to even be on the game for more than 30 seconds...

Can i get some help? ive  been trying for the past 20hrs now after spending £90 on this game and im yet to even play.

I've the same error of many players,I've tryed anything....

steps tried: deleted and downloaded gpu drivers, installed game multiple times, cleaned cache, run as administrator, changed folder name, directX, old gpu drivers and more

I have contact ea live chat multiple times, They said that they are investigating the issue, Even tried contacting Microsoft but no help. 
Please get the issue resolved before the standard edition comes out.

Guys, after trying all day to solve this issue, i think i found a solution. Yesterday the game was fine, but i found a setting that was supposed to increase the performance, I did it and didn’t enter back in the game. So, I have windows 11. In the search bar, search for advanced system settings. Go to the advanced tab, under the performance section press on settings. In the performance option go to advanced again. If on virtual memory is 0 mb, then you have my problem. So, press change an check the up box for Automatically manage paging file size for all drivers then restart your PC. This solve my problem, it’s not EA issue, i think, it’s an PC issue. Good luck on the packs guys! 

This didnt work for me, firstly the name of the folder is EA SPORTs FC24, changing this to FC24CS or EA SPORTS FC24CS only made it so the EA App doesnt recognise I have the game 

I tried changing the FC24.exe file to FC24CS but still no joy

Does not work very unhappy it is strange no other game has the same problem in Fifa 23
