does this relate to the ban I got in apex in the past? by the way It was unfair that ban, I didn't do anything illegal :/

It depends on the ban you received. Depending on the ban, it could be a game ban, preventing you from playing that specific game only, or it could be an account ban, which would prevent you from playing any online games on your account. To know more about that, please contact EA Help Support.
- @EA_cuervo the ban was related only to apex legends, please how can I solve this issue I was waiting a lot to play the game :/
