Re: Error 117 has detected an unacceptable configuration

Hi,

I bought the PC game on Sept 29 and I haven't been able to execute it. All I get is a splash screen and a message a minute later indicating that my system is not compliant with the EA anticheat software. The whole thing is ridiculous since I have the latest Win10 update and nvidia drivers and I don't have any other application or service running besides microsoft and EA stuff. Even more, I had fifa 23 working fine and it is supposed to use denuvo anticheat software too.

Sytem specs:
OS: Latest Win10

CPU: ryzen 1600

GPU: nvidia 2060 RTX Super

Tried so far:

Reinstalled FC24

Updated FC24

Windows defender on / off

Windows firewall on / off

Run as admin EA Desktop, FC24

Update, Remove and Install EA Anticheat

Install certificates from .exe and .dll files from anticheat files

EA: Make a public statement and commit yourself to fix the bug as top priority thing in the day.
