Hi @OlkanDolkan,
While you may have been able to claim the code, if it's not showing up in the library afterwards that points towards an incorrect version of the game being provided with that code.
In this case you would need to reach back out to the retailer to work with them on getting a replacement as we're unable to assist with purchases not made through a retailer in the link above. - @EA_Mako Will never again buy from a retailer..
- @EA_Mako They answered this: We are aware that some of our customers have encountered challenges even after successfully redeeming their EA FC 24 PC codes. We have received information suggesting that the issue may be related to EA Servers. Therefore, we kindly request you to try clearing the cache in the EA App. Here's how you can do it:
Open the app.
Click on 'Help' in the top left corner.
Select 'App recovery.'
Choose 'Clear cache.'
Afterward, log out of the app and then log back in. The issue is not the key or whatever. The issue is that the EA app is horrible. how about accepting this fact instead sending us back to retailers.
did you find any solution i have the same problem i only recieved the preorder add-ons but not the actual game
