I recently had this issue with FC25, I went into safe mode and uninstalled EA. Then I reinstalled it normally (make sure to already have cleared you cache and repaired ea app) then when customizing setup install it into FC25 file. When you try to launch it will say that the game files are corrupted and they need repairing. Once the repair is done your game should be ready to play.
