you will be able to play Early Access, however, regaining access to the transfer market will simply take a few days. 

I was banned in both In game and on the cmpanion app in fifa 23 will i have acces to the market in eafc if i pre order EAFC24

So if i was banned on fifa 23 both in game and on the companion app on the transfer market meaans i get a new chance this year to use the market or can't i use it bcs i want now so i can buy the game or not

Yes, if the only ban you have was a transfer market ban, it will not transfer over.

I'm really not sure what kind of answer you want - if you have a transfer market ban, then yes, you would've not been able to use the transfer market on the app nor in the game. It's a single ban, not separate ones. 

Transfer market bans do not carry over.

If you're talking about a different kind of ban, please consult the list. I've answered you several times now, there's nothing else I'm able to tell you.

Yes, you will have to reearn access - your account will basically be treated like that of a new player and access will be unlocked after some time.

It doesn’t let me use the transfer market on the web app but I’ve got the ultimate edition, will I be able to use the transfer market tomorrow?

I have just got fifa and got banned last year only on the companion app. I have played ea fc 24 and I still have not unlocked the transfer market. When will my transfer market unban?
