soft ban? but this has been literally been more than 10 hours now. Where in the game policy is it mentioned not to give wins?  i cant play a game i preordered for 100 box. So disappointed 

How soft ban work is that if you play too many matches in a set period of time, you trigger the soft ban and can no longer achieve any progress. The general consensus about the actual numbers is a limit of 15 matches within an hour or 75 matches within 24 hours. The ban is is usually around 16 hours but can be up to 72 I think, I suppose it depends on how many times you have been banned the past.

How long will this take? I’ve been soft banned since last night 

Is it guaranteed that it'll go away? is there any workaround like uninstalling and re-installing? I have only experienced this for like 5 hours. 

I deleted the game and reinstalled did nothing got told there working on it but could take a while, and that they won’t compensate me for it.

I took 2 games of fut champions play offs and i got a rage quit w but still got a loss fix please

Hey all, if posting on the English AHQ boards please ensure all posts are in English.

If still seeing the issue after troubleshooting then you can speak with your ISP to work on improving your connection.

If seeing it after periods of heavy gaming where you may have been leaving games then best to give it time.

@craigcartmell do you know if the soft ban timer resets after attempting to finish a match and the DNF message pops up again?

This issue is not user connection related for the majority of us experiencing it. It is the servers. EA don't purchase/rent enough servers to handle the early game load in the early days after release. This is why many things in the game tell you they cant work right now, like the pack store which we have to click on 3-4 times to get it to load, and the moments, which you have to click 5-8 times to get back to the one you want each time it tells you its unavailable. 

It is arrogant, lazy, and irresponsible to just keep sending out the same robotic canned B.S. message that incorrectly places blame on your customers every couple days in regard to this issue. I understand it may not make sense to purchase more servers for the initial rush since it will die down in a few weeks, but please at least come up with a system that saves the score of the game before booting you, then refunds contracts and allows a replay of the game if you actually won the game!!! The customer is being punished over and over for EA’s server overload issues and it isn’t fair.

Guys why you think they would do something about cheaters that DNF your games(pc) or servers. They will send you a link all the time and put it on your connection(even thou you have 1 gbps speeds and wired connection and more then enough bandwidth and every other game that has multiplayer works fine) Ea doesn't give a flying f*ck about players problems. You gave them your money and their job is done and if you have 'problems' they will spam you with troubleshooting links and reports IN GAME/match(then only report that you can do IN-GAME is for offensive ID or squad name + if cheaters dnf the game you can't see the ID to report him on web + in 2024 no match history section with the demo of the game)

If you guys have next gen you can play old gen untill next gen will work this worked for me

Please fix the penalty spot timing disappearing for ps4 this isn’t a ps5 issue so I assume you guys won’t fix , which would be disgusting, I can’t time penalty’s because the damn timer is not showing up a lot of my friends are experiencing this same issue on ps4. I would have spent money on this game for nothing. £60 down the drain , penalty’s are such a big part of your game it’s insane 

Again the same story each year. Today i got disconnected THRICE. this makes 9-10 since the early access from 22 oct. Every time I win or draw it disconnects me and I feel so outraged because instead of being rewarded i drop to previous previous level and plus i get the DNF. 

And You know what the worst part is.. that EA has removed the EA chat option because they will know players who is fed up and suffered will ask for a refund or some compensation. They are not even recognizing this an issue. Like most of you have said in comments.. The job is done from EA. they have taken your money. Now they don't give a flying what customers problem's are.

Happens to me at least 5 times a day. Is an EA server issue and not an internet one. My internet is rated 97/100 from Ea and the games I get booted from have a ‘great’ connection according to ea game logs. 
Don’t give in to the EA cop out. 
my internet is fine whilst an doing anything else as is all yours. 
what’s not fine is a glitched unfinished release of a game. 
cyberpunk got panned for being as glitchy. EA fc is even worse
