@EA_Mako Hello, I ordered the Ultimate edition and even accessed the game but did not receive anything that comes with the ultimate edition except the early access.

Hi, I ordered the Ultimate edition and have started playing the game in early access but I have not received the 4600 FC Points or any of the pre-order incentives yet.
Can you please address this asap.
