Re: My earned pack isn't showing in the Store but I see a red number notification.

Happening to me as well, on PS5. Doing Bronze Pack spamming to make coins. Twice today I had a free bronze pack inside of a bought bronze pack. The name of the pack inside the pack is a glitched text string like "BronzePackRememberToChangeName#" or something with placeholder text. When redeemed the free pack goes into your store inventory but you can't redeem them or even see them, even after relogging.

This bug also stacks, I currently had this happen twice on Bronze packs and I have a permanent red "2" notification in my store and can't do anything about it. They also don't show up on the web app, because I tried to get the packs there afterwards.

I wasnt too bothered about what pack it was but the glitchy notification is the main problem for me. 

I have the same problem too. I see a notification in the store with a package but when I go in I don't see any packages I can open

My store is showing a red number one on FUT. When I press on the store there is nothing

The Store Show me 2 packs but i see only packs i can buy ☹️

I opened a pack and got another premium switch pack on my xbox series s... it has a notification that there's packs to open in the store but when I open the store they aren't there

I've also had this just happened to me a silver pack or gold pack is missing in the store or says I have 1 pack in store and it's disappeared

I opened up bronze packs and two of them had an extra pack inside. Now it shows I have two packs to open but they do not show up in the store or anywhere to open them.

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while playing FC 24. In the in-game store, there was a notification indicating that I had received a pack (shown as the number one), but upon opening the store, I couldn't find any pack available for me to claim or open.

I'm having the same problem on the PS5. The red dot telling me I have packs that I can't see is starting to get really annoying now. 

Same for me. I'm playing on PC.
