Can confirm theREALstefman fix works for me. Resolution at 1440p, turn everything on ultra except rendering, which should be set to medium. Keep vertical off and frames set to unlimited.

Along with this changed in game, I also recommed going to Nvidia control panel < Manage 3D settings < Program Settings < Add FC24.exe < change max frame rate to the unlimited or 144, low latency mode ON, openGL redering GPU to yout Nvidia graphics card, vertical sync off or adaptive, texture filtering anisotropic smaple opti OFF, Gamma correction ON.

Now run game with these in game and nvidia applied settings. Shutter might be present for a bit, change reso to 1920x1080 and back to 1440p. Play game for a few minutes and it Shutter Should be Gone!!

Please note, this solves shuttering issues.
