Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play as BAC in Clubs or Career. Saves do not count in stats and rating if you flick last second from what I can tell.
What happens when the bug occurs? Goalkeeper saves do not register in stats around half the time. This heavily affects ratings and stats. Additionally, rating in general for GK is not balanced. A clean sheet with 6 saves warrants a 8.1 but 2 assists as a forward is a 10? If a goalkeeper conceded one goal, even a top corner shot from one yard out, rating will go down to 4.0, with near impossible chances of going above a 6.
What should be happening instead? Ratings should not be going down over time as a GK if the game is slow. In a game where you do nothing all game, rating will drop into the 5s. Also, GK saves should properly register all the time.

In Clubs and Career, playing as a goalkeeper, saves are not properly registering. This heavily affects ratings.

in general the rating system for GK needs a heavy refresh. In a game where you do not have to do anything, rating will drop into the 5s, and if you concede a single goal (even a top corner inside the box impossible save) your rating will drop to 4.0. Please change the weights of the ratings for GK. A striker with 2 tap ins gets a 10.0, but the best I’ve ever done as a GK with 7 saves and a clean sheet was an 8.3?

Fixing saves not registering would help the problem, but there is an underlying problem with GK ratings!
