This could be an issue with the cached files of EA app. Could you please try clearing the EA app's cache:
- Launch the EA app on your PC.
- From the main menu bar, select Help and choose App Recovery.
- Select Clear Cache. If you're using a Mac, you might need to enter your password to give EALaunchHelper permission to clear cache.
