I’m having the same problem, online chat is a disaster waiting for someone to message me back! Been waiting for a day now
Exactly, We ordered a game to play before than others and pay more money for that and We can't play it!!, that is absolutely embarrassing.
I have 2 cases opened 4 hours ago and at this moment I have not any answer from them, I´m not sure if cry or laugh, without words for this.
If Ea Sport doesn't give us a solution for that, I'll request my money back. I saw other users that even didn't receive their 4600 points, that's scam.
