  • Would highly appreciate the update on this issue.
    I've also recently purchased this game to play with my friends but I am having the same issue.

    Creating a new user simply does not work.. Cache is also deleted and spent countless hours on reinstallation for both games and EA launcher.

    Both running as administrator..
