Re: Your Account has been restricted from accessing any online features.

I own the game on Steam. When I run the game via steam or ea app, the open ea app closes and a new ea app opens with the game. And there is a message on this newly opened EA app:

"Some features have been disabled because the EA App launched from another application.". 

And when I enter the game, I encounter such an error message:

"This ea account is restricted from accessing any online features if you believe you have received this message in error please contact customer support. please check ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information."

I'm using windows 11 and I tried doing a clean start. I deleted the EA App and reinstalled it. But my problem is not fixed in any way. I can't play my early access ultimate edition game right now.
