same is happening to me and I did have an evolution of the same player back in September. I had the "welcome" evo on Guedes then, I did he Founders so I discarded the former. Now I can't evolve the Founders card with the new Dynasties evolution either.
@EA_Pulsar whats happening with the Garnacho issue! All I keep hearing fromEA is that they are aware and they are looking into it. Where are we with it currently and will the Evo be extended as this has been going on for 2 weeks now. It’s the 85 Garnacho into the Dynasties evo! Please

I wanted to evolve a player for then new prem tots evo but it doesnt let me because it tells me i already have an evolution for this player.At the start of the game i did a free evo for martineli’s gold card but never finished it. A couple of months after that I quick sold him because he didnt fit into any evos.Fastfoward till now and now I cant use his gold version in the evo. What can i do?

Same for me and I have never evo’d him, shame as I’m an arsenal fan and have a full arsenal team, I have his WW at the moment, not surprised by this dog game. If it ain’t store packs they ain’t bothered, probably tell you it’s your connection 😂

I had an evolved version of Gabriel Martinilli but I had put him into an exchange and now I cannot evolve him again quite frustrating as I want the new evolve card

the screenshots down below are showing whats wrong with the evolutions, as you can see my player is eligible for the evolution but can't do it due to a bug.
I have seen responses from EA support about this current problem since November 2023, we are currently in May 2024 and you are still "looking into the problem". 5 months looking into a problem is a joke for a company with so much budget and workers. Clearly the sistem is with a problem that detects that my account still has the older evo'ed version in my club eventho i quick sold it or traded it into an sbc, you just have to fix that bug in the system, or change the system to really discard the cards after we traded them or discarded them. Start respecting the communitty some more because we are the ones that consume the game. We dont want new and shiny cards every other day , we want these bugs fixed.
It is good to know that the EA help Facebook page also ignore its customers cries for help with their product
