91+ icon pick compensation

EA, I have not recieved my 91+ icon pick that so many others have, I opened the player pick in the Russian language during the issue and have yet to be compensated. Please can you help as no one from customer support has responded to my case issue created. I'm not sure as to why I didnt recieve the compensation, I thought you had systems in place to detect who opened these picks and packs therefore making it easier to send out the compensation when necessary. Either that or your sending out compensation in batches but it's been like 48hours since people started getting the compensation for the pick. Please help, any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Btw this is content on xbox series x

  • @Valk1020 I didnt receive my icon pick compensation pick too. I have a proof when I bought the pick from the store. I will sue if I dont receive my icon pick till Wednesday 7PM. If you also screenshoted and right date we can sue together if you want
  • I also opened a 91+ icon pick package. But two players appeared and two of them was 89 gen. I also write to ea team but they don't solve my problem. I think customer loyalty is not important for ea.
