Accidental Evolution

Hi

I completely accidentally started an evo, Cause I was AFK after I checked how does the midfield dynasty looks on my untradable IF Malard.

 Then I pressed A to reactivate the game after the idle screen and it accidentally triggered the evo on her.

Is there any way for help from EA in recovering it? I really really want to evo my favorite player Martin Braithwaite.
