account banned ea fc

ive been banned from my ea fc account for no reason, i dont know what happend, i cant login because i got ban, i want to know the reason of this, please

You'll just have to wait for a response then.

If you submitted a dispute, I recommend also contacting an advisor to find out more about the ban. A dispute will not get a response from an advisor. Terms of Service will investigate the ban and let you know if it can be overturned or not. They won't be able to have a conversation with you about this so it would be good to open a case with a regular advisor to get more information.

You should have received an email with the general reason for the ban. You can also open a case with an advisor to find out what that is by opening a case here. If you'd like to dispute the ban, please see this article for instructions.

I already did that, but they didn’t say the reason of why i’m banned, they say that i log in in different locations, but i only log in in the web app and my console, which it doesn’t make any sense, i need help, i already open a case in my email, i send the email and im waiting for a response
