Account hacked, ea auto resolved case without contact
My account was hacked and I have lost all my Tradeable items and my coins that were in my account, I made a ticket and they referred me to a special team to investigate after they had found that my account had been logged into, and the players in question were indeed sold that day and coins were transferred to another account. However the case in my cases has now been labelled as resolved and the transcript between me and the agent I spoke to has been deleted? This seems quite sketchy from ea to me I’m not sure why the would have gone radio silent on me and auto resolved this case?
This seems very shady and as if they expect everyone who goes through this to just buy fc points to recover what’s been lost, which for me is over a millions coins worth of players.
