Account hacked, ea auto resolved case without contact

My account was hacked and I have lost all my Tradeable items and my coins that were in my account, I made a ticket and they referred me to a special team to investigate after they had found that my account had been logged into, and the players in question were indeed sold that day and coins were transferred to another account. However the case in my cases has now been labelled as resolved and the transcript between me and the agent I spoke to has been deleted? This seems quite sketchy from ea to me I’m not sure why the would have gone radio silent on me and auto resolved this case?

This seems very shady and as if they expect everyone who goes through this to just buy fc points to recover what’s been lost, which for me is over a millions coins worth of players.

    Hi mate,

    appreciate that but I obviously already spoke to an advisor about this, that’s how I know it got sent of to a special team who would “be in contact”.  But they haven’t been in contact and have just changed my case to resolved?

    I’ve had no compensation for what was literally stolen from me, and they have just mugged me off.

    there is also no option for me select live chat anymore so I’ve evidently been blocked from that as they don’t want to sort this out.

    and ea wonders why people illegally buy coins?
