Account Limit Reached
can someone help me please?
when I’m trying to log in to UT I receive a message saying “You have reached the max limit of new UT accounts on this console. To keep playing you need to use one of your existing accounts” but i bought a second hand console so when i wanna log in to my second account i cant.
How can I fix this?
Our Advisors cannot reset this limit.
Trying to return the console or getting a refund is advised.
