Account recovery

I recently got home from work and noticed that my FC points and my packs had all been used.  I has approx 7600 FC points and roughly about 14 85x10 packs, which had all been used.  I’ve tried EAHelp, and spoke to an agent called Tripti, and they suggested for me to come here, as there is nothing they can do.

 All i want is to be able to recover my account to a previous time.
