Akanji Card Missing

I was told to come here by EA employees to explain my case. I did the Akanji sbc over the weekend, I did half of it, and I thought I’d leave the other half and finish it in the morning. When I try log in again, I had connection issues and the game server was down not letting me login and because of this I could not retrieve Akanji and ended up losing players I had put into the sbc. I spoke on live chat and was told I’d be compensated and they will send me an Akanji card plus extra rewards but I need to post it on here. Can somebody from EA help me?

    I wanted to add a picture of the squads I did. The last image I was going to submit that squad but I thought I’d sell Van Dijk first as he was worth more then the average 89 rated card and then complete the 87 squad and claim the card in the morning as it was late.

    @MrRackzzinoApologies, if I did not understood your question properly.

    What I understood is, you did 3 out of 4 squads of Akanji SBC and did not complete 4th one due to connection issue.
    In this case-
    1. You will not get Akanji SBC card.
    2. Players you submitted into 3 squads are gone. you will not get those players back.
